An Arbitral Award was Released on July 19, 2021 that was Rendered by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) Ad Hoc Division in a Dispute over the Selection of National Members of St. Kitts & Nevis for the Tokyo Olympic Games (Substantially the First Case Filed to the Ad Hoc Division of CAS in the Tokyo Olympic Games), in which So Miyamoto of Our Firm was Involved as Counsel for a Foreign Athlete as Part of His Pro Bono Activities.
