In response to the outbreak of the novel coronavirus, we are implementing work from home, a rotating shift work system and staggered working hours for the staff, and other reasonable measures for the offices located in Osaka, Tokyo, and Nagoya.
We are currently taking the following measures:

・Meetings
　To the extent possible, we will hold tele-conferences or video-conferences with clients. Please contact the lawyer in charge of your case for a face-to-face meeting if necessary.

・Email
　We can receive emails as usual.

・Direct Calls to Lawyers
　We can make and receive calls as usual. Your calls may be forwarded to personal mobile phones so we request your understanding if our responses are not as timely as usual.

・Telephone (main):
　We can receive calls. But in view of the restrictions on our staff in coming to the Office, please leave a voice message when it's activated, and you will be contacted accordingly.

・FAX
　We can send and receive FAXs as usual. But we would appreciate it if you could contact us by email as our responses to FAXs may not be timely.

・Items Mailed by Post
　We can send and receive items mailed by post as usual. But we would appreciate it if you could contact us by email as our responses to items mailed by post may not be timely.

We will be implementing additional measures as necessary in order to prevent the further spread of the virus and continue serving our clients.
