Our work includes (1) providing legal anayisis and advice specific to the business-academia collaboration, (2) drafting and/or reviewing legal documents including joint venture agreements, license agreements, joint research and development agreements, clinical research agreements and material transfer agreements, and (3) providing legal advice on intellectual property, total planning/scheme of business and/or research, and personal infomation and data.
