Labelling and Advertising regulation
With respect to labelling, advertising and promotion of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, health foods and supplements, there are particular regulations such as the Act on Securing Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Products including Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations, the Health Promotion Act, the Food Labelling Act, guidelines and voluntary industry standards.
