Labor Disputes and Proceedings

Companies are sometimes forced to face disputes with their employees, ex-employees or labor unions in the course of personnel and labor management.

We provide effective advice on such labor disputes, represent clients in courts for labor litigation as well as labor tribunals and in the Labor Relations Commission for labor proceedings including mediation and relief for unfair labor practices, and negotiate with labor unions for collective bargaining agreements on behalf of employers.

When consulting on general labor matters, we also provide practical advice to help clients understand the points to consider in cases where such matters become disputes.
