"Sharing Economy"in Japan - Recent Developments and Pertinent Legal Issues

"Sharing economy" services, such as Airbnb and Uber, are growing rapidly and creating new legal problems across the world.
This lecture will cover the overview of legal analysis on the "sharing economy" as well as recent developments and pertinent legal issues in Japan.
The lecture will be presented in English.
