The flexibility of international arbitration gives parties a wide range of choice when drafting arbitration agreements and commencing a case. Many of these choices are matters of strategy and can have lasting consequences on a dispute.

This webinar will provide practical guidance on drafting an arbitration clause and commencing an arbitration. Experienced practitioners will discuss the strategic considerations behind selecting an arbitral seat, engaging in settlement negotiations, seeking interim relief, filing jurisdictional objections, and nominating arbitrators.
