They will provide practical tips and explain some basic model clauses of various types of English-Language Contracts in an easy-to-understand manner.

The upcoming fifth seminar will be about the Joint Venture Agreement. This seminar will focus on key provisions of a joint venture agreement, including governance, deadlock and deadlock resolutions and exit strategies, referring to sample standard provisions.
