Oh-Ebashi LPC & Partners is pleased to announce its series of seminars in English, which will be conducted by its foreign attorneys, who are experienced in international transactions between Japanese and overseas companies. They will provide practical tips and explain some basic model clauses of various types of English contracts in an easy-to-understand manner.

The first seminar in this series will focus on Sales Agreements. The seminar will cover advanced aspects of sales agreements, with specific attention paid to Most Favored Nation, Minimum Purchase Requirement, and Exchange Rate clauses. Time permitting, a Q&A session will also be held. In addition, this seminar will introduce clauses useful in English B2B sales agreement drafting.
