Oh-Ebashi LPC & Partners is pleased to announce its series of seminars in English, which will be conducted by its foreign attorneys, who are experienced in international transactions between Japanese and overseas companies. They will provide practical tips and explain some model clauses of various types of English contracts in an easy-to-understand manner.

The second seminar in this series will focus on the International Distributorship Agreement. The seminar will cover advanced aspects of International Distributorship Agreements, with specific attention paid to Non-Compete, Sales Outside the Specified Territory, Sole Distributorship and Termination clauses. Time permitting, a Q&A session will also be held.
