They will provide practical tips and explain some model clauses of various types of English contracts in an easy-to-understand manner.
The fourth seminar in this series will focus on the License Agreement and will cover some typical restrictive clauses/covenants that may trigger competition law concerns. Time permitting, a Q&A session will also be held.
